Abstract
⺠TLR2 activation induces Nox1 expression through MyD88-independent manner. ⺠JAK1/3 and STAT3 pathway control Nox1 regulation. ⺠RGS2 negatively regulates TLR2-mediated Nox1 expression via PKC-η and PLD2 pathway. ⺠RGS2 directly bind STAT3 and eventually control Nox1 expression.
