Abstract
⺠Compound C is an inhibitor of AMPK. ⺠Compound C inhibits cell proliferation by inducing Go/G1 cell cycle arrest. ⺠Compound C inhibits the phosphorylation of PDGFRβ but not EGFR and IGF1R. ⺠Compound C inhibits the in vitro tyrosine kinase activity of PDGFRβ. ⺠The inhibitory effect of Compound C on PDGFRβ is independent of AMPK.
