Abstract

âº Non-stem cancer cells secrete IL-6 under mammosphere culture conditions. âº The IL-6-JAK1-STAT3 signal transduction pathway activates OCT-4 gene expression. âº Conversion of non-CSCs into CSCs occurs through regulation of OCT-4 gene expression.
