Abstract

âº The fluorescent reagent FlAsH can be used as an acceptor in BRET experiments. âº Î²2-Adrenergic and D4-dopamine receptors, Gs, Gi and adenylyl cyclase form a complex. âº Gi activation does not cause the GiÎ± subunit to dissociate from the GÎ²Î³ heterodimer. âº Brain contains a complex of Î²-adrenergic and dopamine receptors and adenylyl cyclase.
