Abstract
⺠GSCs use N-cadherin and integrin α6 interactions to regulate ERK mediated invasion. ⺠GSC and surgical biopsies reveal the co-localization of N-cadherin and integrin α6. ⺠ERK knockdown reduces N-cadherin and integrin α6 co-localization in GSC. ⺠hUCBSC co-culture decreases N-cadherin, integrin α6 and pERK associations in GSC.
