Abstract
⺠ER stress is provoked by infectious situation and can block iNOS gene expression. ⺠Multiple mechanisms were observed underlying this event. ⺠These include downregulation of RelB and p300, and inhibition of JAK/STAT1 pathway. ⺠The latter might result from the induction of MKP-1.
