Abstract

âº ER stress is provoked by infectious situation and can block iNOS gene expression. âº Multiple mechanisms were observed underlying this event. âº These include downregulation of RelB and p300, and inhibition of JAK/STAT1 pathway. âº The latter might result from the induction of MKP-1.
