Abstract
âºLPLI induces ERK activation and its translocation from cytoplasm to nucleus. âºActivated ERK upon LPLI interacts with Sp1 and activates it through phosphorylation. âºLPLI enhances transcriptional activity of Sp1 dependent on ERK. âºVEGF expression and proliferation are promoted by LPLI via activation of ERK/Sp1.
