Abstract
⺠Tg-evoked STIM1 tyrosine phosphorylation ocurred within the first 5 seconds of SOCE activation. ⺠STIM1 tyrosine phosphorylation mechanisms are both dependent and independent of changes in cytosolic calcium concentration. ⺠STIM1 tyrosine phosphorylation is required for STIM1/Orai1 interaction during SOCE activation. ⺠STIM1 is tyrosine phosphorylated by pp60src and Btk during SOCE in human platelets.
