Abstract
⺠FOXO3 contributes to chemoresistance in breast cancer cells. ⺠Silencing of FOXO3 causes chemoresistance and promotes proliferation. ⺠Protein levels of FOXO3 and IKK-β are crucial for apoptosis and autophagy induction. ⺠IKK-β is directly involved in the regulation of FOXO3 and chemoresistance.
