Abstract
âºThe effects of BRCA1 variant Î14-15 on DNA repair was studied in MCF-7 cells. âºOverexpression of BRCA1Î14-15 decreases the DNA DSB repair capacity. âºBRCA1Î14-15 negatively influences IRIF kinetics and initial DSB repair phase. âºBRCA1Î14-15 expression impairs NHEJ activity. âºBRCA1Î14-15 expression does not change the sensitivity to mitomycin C.
