Abstract
⺠Hepatocyte nuclear factor 6 (HNF6) is one of liver-enriched transcription factors. ⺠HNF6 regulates an intricate network and mediates complex biological processes. ⺠HNF6 is correlated to cell proliferation, differentiation and organgenesis, hepatic metabolism. ⺠Future study on HNF6 may involve apoptosis, oncogenesis, and modulation of inflammatory response. ⺠HNF6 pathway represents attractive therapeutic target for the treatment of relative diseases.
