Abstract
► We examined proteins related to differentiation of mast cells by proteomics. ► Mature mast cell functions were examined by their proteins-siRNA transfection. ► We identified that enolase 1 and calreticulin were related to cell differentiation. ► Functions of mature mast cells were regulated by these proteins. ► These proteins play important role in the differentiation and function of mast cells.
