Abstract
⺠We examined proteins related to differentiation of mast cells by proteomics. ⺠Mature mast cell functions were examined by their proteins-siRNA transfection. ⺠We identified that enolase 1 and calreticulin were related to cell differentiation. ⺠Functions of mature mast cells were regulated by these proteins. ⺠These proteins play important role in the differentiation and function of mast cells.
