Abstract
⺠D1R sensitization and D5R desensitization by PMA is not linked to AC modulation. ⺠IL3 but not CT imparts PMA-induced D1R sensitization and D5R desensitization. ⺠Intramolecular IL3 interactions shape PMA-induced regulation of D1R and D5R. ⺠PMA-induced regulation of D1R and D5R is dependent on receptor conformation.
