Abstract
⺠We assessed TGFà receptor trafficking and signalling in cells treated with PKC inhibitors. ⺠PKC inhibition reduces TGFà receptor trafficking and increases Smad2 phosphorylation. ⺠TGFà receptor ubiquitination increases with aPKC inhibition. ⺠siRNA towards aPKC increases Smad2 phosphorylation and reduces TGFà receptor degradation.
