Abstract
⺠Aimed at studying novel kinases regulating ERα activity in breast cancer cells. ⺠siRNA screening identifies JAK2 as a negative regulator of ERα activity. ⺠JAK2 negatively regulates ERα protein level via ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. ⺠E2 treatment upregulates JAK2 mRNA and protein levels. ⺠A potential cross-talk between JAK2 and ERα signaling.
