Abstract

âº Aimed at studying novel kinases regulating ERÎ± activity in breast cancer cells. âº siRNA screening identifies JAK2 as a negative regulator of ERÎ± activity. âº JAK2 negatively regulates ERÎ± protein level via ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. âº E2 treatment upregulates JAK2 mRNA and protein levels. âº A potential cross-talk between JAK2 and ERÎ± signaling.
