Abstract
⺠Colorectal cancer (CRC) patients whose tumor tissues highly expressed both EGFR and COX-2. ⺠EGF-mediated COX-2 activation was prevented by 2-APB, a store-operated Ca2+ channel inhibitor. ⺠siRNA against ORAI1 or STIM1 showed significant inhibitory effects on EGF-mediated COX-2 expression.
