Abstract
⺠LPLI promotes YAP cytoplasmic translocation in an Akt-dependent manner. ⺠LPLI protects cell from Aβ25-35-induced apoptosis through Akt activation. ⺠Activated Akt by LPLI promotes YAP phosphorylation on S127. ⺠Phosphorylated YAP separates from p73 and inhibits Bax expression. ⺠LPLI inhibits Aβ25-35-induced apoptosis through Akt/YAP/p73 pathway.
