Abstract
⺠SPC-induced stress fiber formation is mediated by RhoA-ROCK signaling pathway in NIH3T3 fibroblasts. ⺠SPC induced RhoA activation in stress fiber formation, which is inhibited by SrcPTK inhibitors, Fyn specific translocation inhibitor EPA and inactive form of Fyn (dn-Fyn). ⺠Fyn stimulates stress fiber formation and its translocation at the ends of stress fibers may contribute to the activation of Fyn. ⺠RhoA and ROCK signaling downstream of Fyn plays an important role in stress fiber formation induced by SPC in fibroblasts.
