Abstract
⺠OTR and β2AR both modulate ERK1/2 signalling in myometrial cells. ⺠β2AR is biased by OTR toward Gi/PI3 kinase/PKCz/src to activate ERK1/2. ⺠Co-expression of OTR/β2AR in HEK 293 cells recapitulates data in myometrial cells. ⺠The simplest explanation for this is an OTR/β2AR heterodimer (see companion article).
