Abstract
⺠CLA stimulates apoptosis by activation of the GPCR/PLC/IP3/CaMKK/AMPK pathway. ⺠CLA stimulation of oxidative stress plays a role in mediating the apoptotic effect. ⺠p38 MAPK is the effector mediating apoptotic signals from AMPK and oxidative stress.
