Abstract

âº Serum PEDF levels are associated with various metabolic disorders. âº NAFLD is a hepatic manifestation of the metabolic syndrome as well. âº Serum levels of PEDF are independently correlated with P-III-P. âº Serum PEDF levels may be a novel marker of liver fibrosis in patients with NAFLD.
