Abstract
⺠Affinity maturation was utilized to develop a sensitive immunoassay for glucagon. ⺠The assay utilizes a standard curve ranging from 0.14 pmol/L to 1950 pmol/L. ⺠The two-antibody format is not subject to the positive interference seen in competitive RIAs.
