Abstract

âº Affinity maturation was utilized to develop a sensitive immunoassay for glucagon. âº The assay utilizes a standard curve ranging from 0.14Â pmol/L to 1950Â pmol/L. âº The two-antibody format is not subject to the positive interference seen in competitive RIAs.
