Abstract
⺠Strict criteria was performed to evaluate factors associated with ALT activity. ⺠Prevalence NAFLD was positive correlated to MetS followed with ALT elevation. ⺠Obesity and hyperlipidemia were associated with ALT elevation in various models. ⺠An epidemiology model was imported to evaluate synergic effect on ALT. ⺠No synergic effect was found between virological factor and MetS on ALT.
