Abstract
⺠Au/ZnO thin film SPR sensor showed linear response to saliva CA15-3 concentration. ⺠Non-specific protein binding might decrease sensitivity for the Biacore SPR system. ⺠Au/ZnO SPR has better resolution in detecting low saliva CA15-3 concentration.
