Abstract
⺠Different forms of capture antibody were compared in cardiac troponin I immunoassay. ⺠Replacing monoclonal antibody with fragmented forms decreases measured cTnI values. ⺠Eliminating the Fc-part of a capture antibody improves assay performance.
