Abstract
⺠RECQ1 interacts with PARP-1 in vivo and in vitro. ⺠Hydrogen peroxide induces PARP activity independent chromatin binding of RECQ1. ⺠RECQ1-depleted cells overactivate PARP specifically in response to H2O2 treatment. ⺠RECQ1-depleted cells do not show HR deficiency or sensitivity to PARP inhibitors.
