Abstract
⺠Human pol κ is involved in the MMR-dependent cytotoxic processing of O6-methylguanine. ⺠Rad51 assists DNA pol κ in the TLS response of O6-methylguanine. ⺠Pol κ does not affect O6-methylguanine-induced mutagenicity.
