Abstract
⺠CSB protein is overexpressed in cancer cells and tissues. ⺠Suppression of CSB in cancer cells resulted in cell proliferation arrest and marked increase in apoptosis. ⺠Down-regulation of CSB made cancer cells hypersensitive to anti-cancer chemotherapeutic drugs.
