Abstract
⺠Quantitation of DNA repair levels in cryopreserved PBLs. ⺠The method combines: nucleoporation, a GFP-based reporter gene and flow cytometry. ⺠Accurate discrimination among different Xeroderma pigmentosum phenotypes. ⺠High intra- and inter-experimental DNA repair levels reproducibility. ⺠Reliable method for both in vitro and population-based studies.
