Abstract
⺠We examine DNA interstrand crosslinking by DNA 6-thioguanine and UVA radiation. ⺠Crosslinks are formed in synthetic oligonucleotides and in cells. ⺠Crosslinks are significant contributors to cell killing by this combination treatment.
