Abstract
⺠rNMPs embedded in DNA impede synthesis by B-Family polymerases. ⺠rNMP bypass efficiencies are comparable to those for 8-oxo-guanine. ⺠HU sensitivity of pol2-M644G rnh201Πstrain correlate with difficulty in bypassing rNMPs.
