Integrated expression profiling of multiple RNA species by real-time PCR

► A real-time PCR-based system was used to analyze changes in miRNA expression following activation of Jurkat T-cells. ► Several miRNAs known to be involved in T-cell activation, as well as novel miRNAs, were identified. ► This system allows multiple RNA species to be simultaneously detected and quantified using SYBR Green real time-PCR.
