Abstract
⺠Cell-free expression is fastest way to generate recombinant proteins. ⺠We describe preparation of Leishmania protozoa-based in vitro translation system. ⺠We show that libraries of Rab GTPases can be produced in and isolated from this expression system. ⺠Medium scale expression and purification of two GTPases is described.
