Abstract
⺠TEM-7 is highly expressed in tumor vasculature. ⺠TEM-7 is present in a wide variety of human cancer specimens. ⺠A monoclonal TEM-7 antibody mediated cellular cytoxicity and phagocytosis. ⺠TEM-7 is a novel target for antiangiogenic therapy.
