Abstract
⺠Pazopanib reduced retinal leukostasis by 32% in STZ-induced rodent model of DR. ⺠Pazopanib reduced retinal vascular leakage by 39% in the above animal model. ⺠Pazopanib suspension eye drops can potentially alleviate complications of DR.
