Abstract
► Thioridazine suppressed VEGF-induced HUVEC migration in a dose-dependent manner. ► Thioridazine inhibited VEGF-stimulated capillary-like tube formation in vitro. ► Thioridazine did not possess any inhibitory effects on normal cell types. ► Thioridazine inhibited phosphorylation of signaling regulators via αvβ3 integrin.
