Abstract
⺠Thioridazine suppressed VEGF-induced HUVEC migration in a dose-dependent manner. ⺠Thioridazine inhibited VEGF-stimulated capillary-like tube formation in vitro. ⺠Thioridazine did not possess any inhibitory effects on normal cell types. ⺠Thioridazine inhibited phosphorylation of signaling regulators via αvβ3 integrin.
