Abstract
⺠Vascular permeability measurement is a combination of multiple transport phenomena. ⺠Important to account for transport phenomena in low vessel permeability tumors ⺠Porous media model showed better contrast agent kinetics than the compartment model. ⺠Scaling permeability may be needed to account for reduction due to convection. ⺠Fluid flow requires scaling of 2-compartment derived Ktrans for porous media model.
