Abstract
⺠Y1R activation or blockade exerted minimal effect on baseline nerve blood flow. ⺠Ganglionic blockade induced late (after 30 min) dilatory effects on nerve blood flow. ⺠Y1R activation reversed the vasodilation induced by ganglionic blockade. ⺠Western blot analysis provides evidence for Y1R expression in the rat sciatic nerve.
