Abstract
⺠We developed a novel and simple method for isolating endothelial cells from tissues. ⺠We successfully isolated endothelial cells from tumor and normal tissues of breasts. ⺠The suppressions of angiogenesis by irradiation were greater for CECs than NECs. ⺠CECs are significantly more radiosensitive than their normal counterparts.
