Abstract
⺠A single, low dose of H2O2 increases the half-life of PLGF mRNA in human CASMC. ⺠The H2O2 induced increase in PLGF mRNA levels depends, in part, on kinase signaling. ⺠Chronic exposure to H2O2 induces an even greater elevation of PLGF mRNA. ⺠Elevated PLGF mRNA due to chronic exposure does not result in increased PLGF protein.
