Abstract
⺠Anoxia is associated with endothelial cell dysfunction. ⺠Olive pomace polyphenol extract modulates the expression of MMPs, iNOS, COX-2 and TNFα. ⺠The extract shows anti-proliferative and anti-migratory activity. ⺠The effects are mediated by NF-κB inactivation and p38 phosphorylation. ⺠Olive pomace polyphenol extract restores endothelial function impaired by anoxia.
