Abstract
⺠Until now, nailfold capillaroscopy is still insufficiently applied in inflammatory arthritis. ⺠Interestingly, capillaroscopic examination reveals characteristic changes in patients with RA both with and without RP. ⺠Nailfold capillaroscopy revealed also characteristic changes in PsA patients with involvement of hand joints. ⺠In patients with early arthritis, the capillaroscopic examination may facilitate differential diagnosis. ⺠Results from the study confirm the potential of nailfold capillaroscopy in the diagnostic algorithm of inflammatory arthritis.
