Abstract
⺠Endothelial cells responses in conditioned media of HNSCC exposed to cetuximab. ⺠Cetuximab decreases proangiogenic factor secretion in conditioned media. ⺠Conditioned media increase network formation and modify endothelial EGFR expression. ⺠Targeted therapies as cetuximab can modify indirectly endothelial cells behavior. ⺠Proangiogenic factor decrease is not sufficient to obtain an antiangiogenic response.
