Abstract
⺠We developed a platelet thrombus formation (PTF) assay under arterial flow conditions. ⺠Single/combined effects of antiplatelet agents could be quantitatively evaluated. ⺠The antiplatelet agents had unique effects on PTF at different shear conditions. ⺠Effects of antiplatelet agents on PTF could not be assessed by conventional assays.
