Abstract
⺠The present study used an organ culture method of rat basilar artery. ⺠Minimally modified LDL upregulates ETB receptors in rat basilar artery. ⺠PKC, ERK and NF-κB inhibitors abrogate the upregulation. ⺠The receptor upregulation occurs via PKC, MAPK and NF-κB signal pathways.
