Abstract
⺠Maxadilan and PACAP-38 caused plasma leakage and leukocyte accumulation in postcapillary venules. ⺠Neutrophil migration induced by maxadilan was inhibited by PAC1- and CXCR2-antagonists. ⺠Four drugs with different mechanism of action inhibited both plasma leakage and leukocyte accumulation. ⺠A positive linear correlation between plasma leakage and leukocyte accumulation was observed during 30 min after its initiation.
