Abstract
⺠Pre-ischemic and post-ischemic PACE conditioning against IRI in a rat cremaster muscle flap model. ⺠PACE conditioning improves microcirculatory hemodynamics. ⺠PACE conditioning increases expression of proangiogenic factors: VEGF and vWF. ⺠PACE postconditioning inhibits expression of iNOS and inflammatory chemokines (CCL2, CXCL5).
