Abstract
⺠The pathophysiological basis underlying skin microcirculatory changes in subclinical diabetic feet. ⺠Impaired low-frequency flow motion correlated with sudomotor dysfunction. ⺠Vasomotion changes were mainly in neurogenic and endothelial components. ⺠Impaired systemic vascular tone was proportional to the degree of myogenic dysregulation.
