Abstract
⺠Human adipose-derived stem cell (hADSC) transplantation induces neovascularization. ⺠We delivered FGF2 to hADSC transplantation sites in ischemic limbs. ⺠FGF2 delivery enhanced long-term survival and paracrine factor secretion of hADSCs. ⺠The long-term stability of arterioles generated by hADSC transplantation increased. ⺠FGF2 delivery enhanced long-term angiogenic efficacy of transplanted hADSC.
