Abstract
⺠In the crossover study patients were assigned to receive rosuvastatin and placebo. ⺠Pulse wave analysis and basal NO activity as endothelial function were assessed. ⺠Rosuvastatin improves basal NO activity by lipid- and non-lipid-dependent effects. ⺠Improved basal NO activity is a determinant of pulse wave reflection and PPA.
